Arabic Mango Custard Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 tbs custard powder
- 1/4 cup milk, room temperature
- 1 ltr milk
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh mango pulp
- Bread slices (remove the sides)
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- Fresh mango
- Chopped dry fruits
Instructions
Dilute 2 tbs custard powder in 1/4 cup room temperature milk - and mix. Take 1 ltr milk and keep it for boiling. Once boiling, add 1/4 cup condensed milk and diluted custard powder milk mixture. Stir continuously and cook till custard thickens. Add fresh mango pulp to custard after cooled. In a baking tray, place bread slice and pour some mango custard on top. Repeat layers 3 times. Cover with mango custard and place the tray in the fridge for 4 hours. In another bowl, take 200 ml fresh cream, and add 1/4 cup condensed milk and mix. Pour this cream over the set mango custard pudding and garnish with fresh mango and chopped dry fruits. Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
