Akki Rotti

2 cup Rice Flour
1finely chopped Onion
Finely chopped Coriander
1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Finely chopped Green Chillis (as per taste)
Few finely chopped Curry Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1/4 cup freshly grated Coconut
Salt as per taste
Water (as required)
Oil (as required)
In a mixing bowl, take 2 cup Rice Flour
Add 1finely chopped Onion
Add finely chopped Coriander
Add 1 finely chopped small Ginger Knob
Add finely chopped Green Chillis (as per taste)
Add few finely chopped Curry Leaves
Add 1 tsp Jeera
Add 1/4 cup freshly grated Coconut
Add Salt as per taste
Combine everything well together
Add a little Water and knead a soft dough
Apply some Oil if it sticks to your hands
Take a dough ball on plastic bag
Flatten it with hands
Brush some Oil on heated pan & place roti on it
Drizzle some Oil & cook both the sides until golden-brown
Cook it on medium heat
Serve Delicious Akki Roti warm with Tomato Cranberry Chutney
