Air Fryer Baked Paneer Roll
        Ingredients:
- Panner
 - Onion
 - Ginger garlic paste
 - Oil
 - Cumin powder
 - Coriander powder,
 - Garam masala
 - Tomato puree
 - Black pepper powder
 - Green chilli
 - Lime juice
 - Chat masala
 - Salt
 - Capsicum
 - Oregano
 - Chilli flakes
 - White flour
 - Coriander leaves
 - Ajwain
 - Cheese
 
Method:
For stuffing
- In a heated pan take oil.
 - Add onion and ginger garlic paste and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes then add water and spices.
 - Add green chilli, garam masala and chat masala and mix them
 - Add chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, lime juice, oregano and chilli flakes and cook it for 5 minutes in medium flame and turn off the flame.
 
For dough
- Take white flour in a bowl pour oil, crushed ajwain, salt and coriander leaves mix and add water gradually as required to knead the dough.
 - Then divide the dough in equal sizes to make parathas.
 - Take a dough and coat it with dry flour, place it on a platform and roll it out into a thin chapati using a rolling pin.
 - With the help of knife make cuts on one end of chapati.
 - Add paneer stuffing on top of it add cheese, some oregano and chilli flakes then roll the chapati from one end to the other to make a roll.
 - Sprinkle some oil in air fryer and place paneer roll in it and on top of it apply some oil with the help of brush.
 - Set your air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve with the choice of your sauce.
