Achari Mirchi

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 250g
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Karry patta (Curry leaves) 15-20
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Saunf (fennel seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) ¼ tsp
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
Directions:
- Cut green chillies in half from the center & set aside.
- In frying pan,add cooking oil,curry leaves & fry for 10 seconds.
- Add green chillies,mix well & cook for a minute.
- Add yogurt,coriander seeds,pink salt,cumin seeds,red chilli powder,fennel seeds,turmeric powder, nigella seeds,mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
- Add lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with paratha!
