-Urad daal (Gramu nɛrɛma tilalen) Tasa 1 (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Mutaridi tulu) Tasa 1/3 A nɔnabila : tobilikɛtulu i bɛ min sugandi
-Rai dana (Mutaridi kisɛ nɛrɛma) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Soja) tigɛlen 1 fitini
-Hing mugu (Asafoetida mugu) 1⁄4 tsp
