- Ghee (Bɔta a wɔama emu ada hɔ) 2 tbs
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Badam (Almond) a wɔatwitwa 2 tbs
- Kishmish ( Raisins) 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) a wɔatwitwa 2 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) a wɔabubu 100g
- Doodh (Nufusu) 1 & 1⁄2 litre
- Zafran (Saffron nhama) 1⁄4 tsp
- Doodh (Nufusu) 2 tbs
- Asikre 1⁄2 Kuruwa anaa sɛnea wopɛ
- Saffron essence 1⁄2 tsp
- Cream 4 tbs (wopɛ)
- Pista (Pistachios) a wɔatwitwa
- Badam (Almonds) a wɔatwitwa
-Wɔ wok mu, . fa bɔta a emu da hɔ ka ho & ma no nwo.
-Fa green cardamom,almonds,raisins,pistachios,fra yiye & fry simma biako.
-Fa vermicelli,fra yiye & fry kosi sɛ ne kɔla bɛsesa (simma 2-3 ).
-Fa nufusu gu mu & fa fra yiye,fa no ma ɛnnoa & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so simma 10-12.
-Wɔ kuruwa ketewa bi mu,fa saffron nhama,nufusu,fra yiye & ma ɛnhome 3 -4 minutes.
-Wɔ wok mu,fa asikre,saffron nufusu a wɔapete,saffron essence & fra yiye.
-Dum ogyaframa no,fa cream ka ho & fra yiye.
-Dan ogyaframa no,fra yiye & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so kosi sɛ ɛbɛyɛ den (simma 1-2).
-Fa fi mu wɔ aduan a wɔde ma mu & ma ɛnnwo.
-Garnish with pistachios,almonds & serve chilled!
