- Soya asinasin/ सोयाचंक्स- 50 gm
- Curd/दही-1 kuruwa
- cumin powder/ज़ीरा पाउकु-1/2tsp
- Nkyene/nमक-Acc sɛnea wopɛ /स्वाद विला
- Ɛmo tuntum powder/मिचकाका पाउकु - Sɛnea w’ani gye ho/स्वादित
- Nhabannuru a wɔadi afra/मिलि जड़ी बूटी-1/4tsp
- Obaabun foforo ngodua ngo/शुद्ध बनान कावेल-1tsp
Akwankyerɛ
- Fa soya asinasin 50 gms na noa. Gyae wɔn wɔ nsuo a ɛyɛ hyew mu simma 10 kɔsi sɛ ɛbɛyɛ mmerɛw.
