- 3 medium kɛse Tomato, a wɔatwitwa
- Nsu kuruwa 1⁄2
- 400 gms Paneer, a wɔatwitwa no kuruwa kɛse
Ma Garnish
- < li>1⁄2 inch Ginger, julienned
- Coriander nkorabata
- Curd, a wɔabɔ
- Kasuri methi (wɔpɛ ) 1 tsp
Akwan a wɔfa so yɛ
Ma Crushed Paste:
Wɔ mortar pestle mu no, fa ginger, garlic, green chillies, nkyene gu mu sɛnea wopɛ na yɛ paste a ɛyɛ mmerɛw.
