1/2 tbsp. kasoori methi, a wɔayam na wɔabubu
1⁄2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Spinach nhaban 2-3, a wɔatwitwa
2 bunches Spinach, blanched na puree
1⁄2 kuruwa nsu a ɛyɛ hyew< br>250-300 gm Paneer, twa no cubes
1 tbsp Fresh Cream

• Wɔ kuku mu blanch spinach nhaban mu nsu a wɔnoa simma 2-3. Yi na fa kɔ nsuo a ɛyɛ nwini mu ntɛm ara.
• Afei fa gu blender mu fa ginger, garlic na yɛ paste afei fa palak a wɔanoa ka ho na yɛ paste a ɛyɛ mmerɛw
