- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1⁄4 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1⁄2 tsp

- Dahi (Yogurt) a wɔde sɛn 300g

Akwankyerɛ
- Wɔ owu & pestle mu no,fa garlic,ginger,green chillies ka ho ,cashew nuts,fried onion,crush & grind yiye ma yɛ paste a ɛyɛ den & fa to nkyɛn.
- Wɔ dish mu no,fa bɔta a emu da hɔ,akokɔ mince,gram esiam,ground paste,pink salt,red chilli powder ka ho , cardamom powder,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,frafra & fa nsa fra yiye kosi sɛ ɛbɛka abom yiye.
