-Fa grater no mmoa fra karɔt & fa to nkyɛn.
- Wɔ wok mu,fa bɔta a emu da hɔ ka ho & ma no nwo.
-Fa grated carrots ka ho,fra yiye & noa wɔ ogya a ano yɛ den so simma 2-3.
