Nneɛma a wɔyɛ:
1. Pepa na twitwa ridge gourd mu nketenkete.
2. Fa ngo 1 tbsp hyew wɔ kyɛnsee mu na fa chana dal, urad dal, kumin aba, sinapi aba, akutu kɔkɔɔ, ne garlic cloves gu mu. Fa saute yiye.
