- Nsuo a wɔnoa sɛdeɛ ɛhia
- Baisan (Gram esiam) Nkuruwa 2
- Himalaya pink nkyene 1 tsp anaasɛ sɛnea wopɛ
- Zeera (Kumin aba) a wɔayam & abubu 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp anaa sɛnea wopɛ
- Haldi aduru (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
- Sabut dhania (Coriander aba) a wɔabubu no 1 tbs
- Ajwain (Carom aba) 1⁄4 tsp
- Adrak lehsan aduru (Ginger garlic aduru) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
- Nsuo 3 Kuruwa
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) a wɔatwitwa 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Ayɛyɛde) a wɔatwitwa 1⁄2 Kuruwa
- Hara dhania (Akutu a ɛyɛ foforo) a wɔatwitwa 1⁄2 Kuruwa
- Ngo a wɔde noa aduan 4 tbs
- Chaat masala , ɛyɛ nea ɛwɔ hɔ
Akwankyerɛ:
- Fa grater no mmoa fra ɛmo & fa to nkyɛn.
- Wɔ nsuo a ɛrefɔw mu no,fa strainer gu mu,fa ɛmo a wɔayam gu mu & blanch wɔ medium flame so simma 3,strain & fa to nkyɛn.
- Wɔ wok mu no,fa gram esiam,nkyene pink,cumin aba,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander aba,carom aba,ginger garlic paste,nsu & whisk kosi sɛ ɛbɛka abom yiye.
- Dan ogyaframa no,frafra kɔ so & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so kosi sɛ mmɔre bɛba (simma 6-8).
- Dum ogyaframa no,fa green chilli,onion,blanched potatoes,fresh coriander & fra yiye.
