-Oregano a ayow 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1⁄2 tsp anaa sɛ wobɛsɔ ahwɛ
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes sɛnea ɛho hia
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes sɛnea ɛho hia
-Paadoo a wɔayam no 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sɛnea ɛho hia
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Cooking oil for frying
Akwankyerɛ:
-Twia akokɔ fillet mu ma ɛnyɛ 1-inch cubes.
-Wɔ kuruwa mu,fa akokɔ,hot sauce,vinegar ka ho ,paprika powder,pink nkyene,black pepper powder,garlic powder, dried oregano,red chilli powder & fra yiye,fa cling film kata so & marinate nnɔnhwerew 2.
