-Dahi (Yogurt) a wɔde afrafra Kuruwa 1⁄2
-Sabut dhania (Coriander aba) a wɔabubu no 1⁄2 tbs
-Himalayan pink nkyene 1⁄2 tsp anaasɛ sɛnea wopɛ
-Zeera (Kumin aba) a wɔayam & abubu 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp anaa sɛnea wopɛ
-Saunf (fennel aba) a wɔabubu 1 tsp
-Haldi aduru (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella aba) 1⁄4 tsp
-Lemon nsuo 3-4 tbs

- Twi akutu a ɛyɛ ahabammono mu abien fi mfinimfini & fa to nkyɛn.
- Wɔ kyɛnsee mu no,fa ngo a wɔde noa aduan,curry nhaban & fry simma 10.
- Fa green chillies ka ho,fra yiye & noa simma biako.
- Fa yogurt,coriander aba,pink nkyene,cumin aba,red chilli powder,fennel aba,turmeric powder, nigella aba,fra yiye & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so simma 1-2,kata so & noa wɔ ogya a ano nyɛ den so 10- simma 12.
- Fa lemon nsu gu mu,fra mu yiye & noa simma 2-3.
